- At least 1 Shareholder
- At least 1 Resident Director who can also be the only shareholder
- A Singapore Registered Office Address
- A Company Secretary
- Paid-up Capital of the Company
- Memorandum & Article of Association of the Company
- Prescribed fees payable to ACRA
- Proposed Business Activity of the Company
